Al Carns: listening to residents on the Druids Heath Regeneration
Over the past few months, I have been listening to residents’ views on the Council’s proposed redevelopment of Druids Heath. I have sent a freepost returnable survey (see below) to every household, attended a discussion with the Druids Heath Forum, and discussed with Councillor John Cotton, Leader of Birmingham City Council.
If you’ve yet to let me know your thoughts please do so here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdeNsdUw55-gYYEAitSqXVjb4RPxe3F4MTDow52Nwe94t5cSw/viewform
In the coming months, I will be lobbying the Council on issues like green space, compensation for residents, and the number of Council homes included in the scheme. As the local MP for the area, I will always be looking out for the best interests of my constituents.
