Al Carns MP
Al has met with local Greenpeace UK volunteers in the Selly Oak constituency to discuss how we can all contribute to positive climate action.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss further steps that can be taken to ensure that positive change happens, and we covered topics such as EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), warm homes, cycling, and the Climate and Nature Bill which receives its second reading in Parliament on 24 January.
The Greenpeace Birmingham group campaigns locally on global issues that impact the environment, and the people involved are dedicated to work for change. He also signed the Greenpeace placard to demonstrate my commitment to the cause.
